Comcast Technology Center is a 60-floor building, with a height of 1,121 feet (342m) and has a floor area of 1,566,00 ft² (145,500 m²). The world-renowned architect Lord Norman Foster of Foster + Partners created the innovative design and the well renowned engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti provided structural design services.

Prodraft is proud to be a part of this prominent structure enhancing the skyline of Philadelphia, Pa. This skyscraper, at the time of its construction is not only the tallest building in Philadelphia, but it is the tenth-tallest building in the United States and the tallest building outside Manhattan and Chicago in the United States. On the top floors, you can find the highest located hotel in the United States. This project was so enormous the 3-D model had to be split into three separate projects, with additional structures to support cranes.
